Pürtech: Pure Cleaning Technology

Pure Cleaning Technology

At Pürtech, we use the most advanced, effective, and environmentally-friendly cleaning technology in the business. Our signature, two-step process includes Deep Dirt Dry Extraction—a technique that removes 80% of all dirt and allergens—followed by one of our highly effective low moisture carpet cleaning processes. We select a low moisture process based on carpet pile depth, carpet material and soil or stain types to ensure the best attainable results.

Unlike the bonnet cleaning process used by most carpet cleaners, our cleaning technology leaves no sticky, dirt-attracting residue. In fact, our carpets continue to look bright and clean with each vacuuming. Our technology is the only one in the business certified by carpet manufacturers to preserve the appearance and enhance the longevity of the carpet.

Deep Dirt Dry Extraction. Deep Dirt Dry Extraction uses a powerful extraction process to suck up over 80% of the dirt and allergens from your carpet, leaving it clean, fluffy and rejuvenated immediately following cleaning. This powerful dirt removal process is the critical first step of all of our carpet cleaning processes.

Steam Cleaning Technology. Steam Cleaning is a cleaning process used by many hospitals. Pure tap water is converted to superheated steam which has the cleaning power to cut through dirt and grime, killing bacteria and leaving carpets and hard surfaces sanitized and spotless.

Our steam-cleaning technique is proven to kill 98% of dust mites and neutralize their allergens. This technology can be used to clean mattresses – a haven for dust mites and allergens –  leaving them instantly dry and hypoallergenic.

Encapsulation Technology. The encapsulate cleaning agent includes 100% natural tee tree oil and encapsulation ingredients. In addition, the process contains DuPont Teflon which scotchguards the carpet each time it is cleaned.

This advanced, low-moisture process cleans carpets while lifting and grooming the carpet fibres. Unlike old fashioned, wet carpet cleaning techniques that leave behind a sticky residue, our encapsulation technology uses a special chemical process to surround and trap soil particles. Once surrounded, these particles are released from the carpet fibre and form little crystals that are easily vacuumed up. More of the encapsulated particles are extracted each time you vacuum, which means that your carpets remain cleaner longer.

Because the process is low-moisture, your carpets are dry and ready to use in as little as half an hour after cleaning.
