With over 30 years experience in the janitorial industry there isn’t much these partners don’t know about cleaning equipment and technology. All three partners are obsessed with clean, but they also share a number of other passions — like managing their impact on the environment.

Steve Scheifele
During his career with the city of Richmond Steve gained experience in all facets of the cleaning business from general facility cleaning, quality maintenance, supervising cleaning staff, pool maintenance, and special project cleaning. Working in pool maintenance, Steve has acquired an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of cleaning solutions and expertise in high-tech cleaning equipment. In addition, Steve has in-depth knowledge of tile marble, granite and hard floor care gleaned from 15 year in the construction business. A hands-on guy, Steve is equally comfortable operating equipment, renovating houses, or working on his 60’s-era Camaro. He likes to spend his spare time boating or camping with his family.

Thad Matilda
Thad has a wealth of cleaning experience from his work in general cleaning and pool maintenance at the City of Richmond. As a highly technical guy, Thad has augmented his cleaning expertise with a wide variety of chemical and equipment training through major industry suppliers. In addition to his experience with the City of Richmond, Thad’s an aircraft maintenance engineer. In his down time he pursues outdoor sports, scuba diving, and mountain biking. Thad’s also been a first aid instructor.

Russ Estabrook
Like both of his partners, Russ has extensive expertise in facility maintenance and as a pool operator for the City of Richmond. His wide-ranging training and experience in janitorial industry, gained in his pool maintenance position, has given him the knowledge to tackle almost any cleaning challenge.
In addition, Russ is a commercial welder, with his B & C tickets and has worked as a first aid instructor. Russ isn’t content unless he is pushing himself to the limit and is into extreme sports, like racing and road biking.
